Monthly supply-chain benchmark

At the start of every month we count, across the apps we track: how many publish a valid app-ads.txt, which ad systems they name and how, how well those networks' sellers.json files match what publishers declare, and how many delisted apps still point to a live file. Aggregate numbers only; no publisher is named.
