Explorer is free. Paid plans are invoiced yearly or monthly; there's no card form. Tell us what you need covered, we check that we have it, then switch the plan on.

Annual: twelve months invoiced upfront, at the lower per-month price. Monthly: invoiced each month at the monthly price. Enterprise Data is annual only.

Bulk API & data licence: 1,000-row pages, NDJSON streams and full cursor walks, included in Enterprise Data and available as an add-on for Business. Every plan may use the data internally and in work for its own clients; republishing or reselling it in bulk needs a data licence (Terms, section 4).

Billing

Billing questions

How does annual billing work?

You pay for twelve months upfront, at the per-month price shown under "Annual". On the plans that have both prices, that is about 18% less than paying month to month. Monthly billing is invoiced each month at the monthly price.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

Prices are listed in USD. Customers in the European Union can be invoiced in EUR at the same figures. VAT is added where required.

Why is there no online checkout?

We set up every account ourselves: we confirm the coverage you need, create your users and send an invoice. Request access and we'll reply by email.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, Explorer. It covers app, developer and seller lookup, the domain checker, 10 saved lists and API and MCP access at 30 requests a minute. Supply trees, history and alerts start at the next plan. Access is granted on request, like every plan.

What does Enterprise Data include?

Everything in Business, with unlimited users, 3,000 API requests a minute, daily dataset files (CSV and Parquet) and coverage of the storefronts, apps and hosts you name. It comes with a named contact and an annual agreement. Pricing starts at $4,900 a month, billed annually, and depends on coverage and delivery.

Do you run pilots?

Sometimes. We take a few design partners at a time: a fixed scope and period, agreed pricing, and regular feedback from you. Describe your use case in the contact form.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Tell us and we switch the account. The new limits apply as soon as the plan is active.
